Care: Oven safe up to 500° F. Allow pan to cool before cleaning, hand washing recommended. For stubborn stuck on food, soak in hot soapy water prior to scrubbing. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach and scouring pads. Treat rim of raw cast iron with oil, as needed.
Rim on dutch oven is raw cast iron, remainder is enameled cast iron.
